This document contains an analysis of the main cost drivers and benefits of implementing ebXML for an SME.

The detailed, qualitative cost-benefit analysis done for this study unveiled a wide range of just rarely regarded benefits as well as (practical) barriers and cost-drivers. The majority of these aspects can’t be measured in concrete amounts of money, but has an important influence on the decision makers within SMEs.
